Syntec offer a full range of termination/origination services to users of IP based telephony equipment. These services specifically address the conversion of voice traffic in the IP network to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). We operate and maintain our own Class 5 switches with extensive interconnect to major carriers. We can originate or deliver IP based voice traffic through VoIP trunking directly to the PSTN network utilising H323, SIP or IAX protocols.

Business ISDN users will be accustomed to having their own telephone number accessible via DDI from the outside world and will expect the same functionality from an IP based local PBX.
