Least Cost Routing
Syntec Value Call provides high quality least cost routing services to business customers and the public sector, using IDA technology. Unlike many of our competitors, we are willing to negotiate special rates to any destinations to which your organisation makes lots of calls - however unusual - and we do not require you to place all your outbound calls through us. You are free to choose Syntec for as many, or few, destinations as you chose, and use the service from as many locations as you register.

Save Money from Landlines
One of the most flexible ways to reduce call charges, Value Call enables you to route your calls via Syntec from any BT landline using a short prefix which can be dialled manually or pre-programmed according to client preference. Syntec can supply diallers and organise switchboard programming as required.

Save Money from Mobiles
With Syntec technology you can also save money on calls from mobiles, particularly where you make international calls from UK mobiles. 

Billing
Our price list is clear and simple with no small print and no catches and our invoices list every call that you have made with its time, date, duration and the charge made for that call. Per second billing is standard so you only pay for the time you use. 

On-line statistics
All calls made through your Syntec account are shown in our on-line interface - allowing you to analyse traffic not only by source and destination, but by geographic area and time of day as well.
