On-line Call Statistics: Syntec provides an industry-leading range of call statistics online, in real-time via our secure intranet, which can provide multiple user logins for each client. This provides real-time call statistics by number dialled, covering calls received, queued, missed due to engaged lines or no answer, average hold times, geographic source etc. etc. Selected users can view call revenue generated / costs incurred. Statistics can be selected covering hours, days, weeks or months, and all data, from summary level down to CDRs, can be presented graphically and downloaded for further analysis.
On-line Service Configuration: We also provide online service configuration, allowing anything from the re-routing of a straight translation NTS to the conversion from straight NTS to ratio distribution/IVR application/Queue manager etc. Clients can check the current provisioning and processing of all their Syntec services from a centralised point and either change it themselves, or call for assistance.
