We are very proud of Syntec's ground-breaking web-interface. This has been specially developed in response to feedback from our resellers and provides exceptional statistics and service configuration functionality. The entire customer interface can be re-branded on request.
Multiple user logins for each client enable our resellers to manage a hierarchy of sub-accounts, controlling the rates viewable and payable at each level. This allows both resellers and their clients to access accurate information about their telecoms- related costs and rebates in real time.
The online service configuration facility enables resellers both to check and change provisioning and processing of all their Syntec services from a centralised point themselves - anything from the re-routing of a straight translation NTS to the conversion from straight NTS to ratio distribution/IVR application/Queue manager etc; but resellers are not left out on a limb - Syntec's in-house team are always available to assist when required.
