Revenue share payments
Syntec automatically issues self-billed invoices (from the client to Syntec and in accordance with VAT regulations) in respect of revenue due to the client at the end of each month – no action is required on the part of the client. Payment is credited directly into the client’s bank account within 4 working days of receipt of the revenue share payments from BT plc to Syntec. eg Payment for revenue generated in January will be received in client accounts not later than March 6.
The minimum revenue share payment Syntec will make is £25 + VAT in any month per client account. Revenue generated under this amount does not roll forward from one month to another.
Where clients take both chargeable and revenue-generating services, Syntec automatically nets off the one against the other – clients either make a payment, or receive a payment, in respect of each month’s traffic.
The communications service provider supplying the communications services described in this website is Syntec Ltd, the issued and fully paid-up ordinary share capital of which is £0.35 million.
