Since it was established as a hospital bedside telephony company in 1998, Syntec has grown into an international business offering a broad range of integrated contact center systems including network-level telecoms solutions and managed hosted solutions for every aspect of your contact center operations.  As a result, our customers come from a similarly broad range of sectors, both UK and international including household name organizations across retail, e-commerce, banking, the public sector, travel, financial services, utilities, catalog companies, charities and outsourcers, to name but a few.

Because our systems are all network- or cloud-based, they also do not usually require any hardware or CAPEX outlay and are therefore very scalable, appealing to both smaller and larger enterprise-scale organizations alike.
