Syntec launches SynPBX integration with Zoho CRM through Zoho PhoneBridge

Syntec today announces the launch of the SynPBX hosted PBX integration for Zoho CRM.

SynPBX was launched in 2016 and is Syntec’s private branch exchange (PBX) system, delivered as a fully hosted service, freeing organizations from the need to invest in a costly onsite business phone system while enabling them to benefit from features such as voicemail, fax to email, conference calling and more.

SynPBX integration is available immediately and was built using Zoho PhoneBridge Platform, a cloud-based platform for integrating telephony solutions with Zoho products.

This integration facilitates a seamless ‘click to dial’ and screenpop from Zoho CRM to enable Zoho CRM users a simple and streamlined way to initiate a call with all the contacts’ details in front of them.

Zoho PhoneBridge Platform is a free-to-use integration platform where cloud PBX vendors and call management solutions can build extensions and promote them directly to Zoho users. Zoho claims that the platform was designed to let users build telephony integrations faster and more easily, when compared to other conventional telephony integration platforms.
