Keeping cardholder data out of your multichannel environment
The amount of sensitive data ingested by digital and phone channels can make PCI compliance a challenging task for contact centers. When a customer enters payment card data, it’s captured and secured by CardEasy technology before being sent to TokenEx, where it is exchanged for a token. This is used by the contact center agents in place of the sensitive cardholder data. In effect, no cardholder data enters the contact center environment, removing it from PCI scope.
